Welcome to Asara Health — Massage Therapy Fee Update

Effective October 1, 2026, our standard Registered Massage Therapy fees will be updated.

This is our first Massage Therapy fee increase since opening in 2023. This adjustment allows us to continue providing the high-quality care and experience you expect from the Asara Health team.

New RMT Fees (including HST):

30 Minutes — $90.40

45 Minutes — $107.35

60 Minutes — $135.60

All other Massage Therapy appointment types and specialty services will remain at their current pricing.

Clinic Update: Dr. Puneet is currently away on maternity leave and will not be accepting appointments during this time.

While she is away, our chiropractic team is here to continue supporting both new and existing patients. Dr. Puneet has worked closely with our chiropractors and feels confident in the thoughtful, evidence-based care they provide.

If you need care while she is away, we’d be happy to have you book with one of our other chiropractors, who are currently welcoming new patients and continuing care for Dr. Puneet’s patients.
